Business hours are Monday-Friday 10am-7:30pm, last client intake is at 6pm.

Indoor slippers are provided, please bring socks to your appointment.

No guests, appointment is limited to the person getting the service only.

A face mask is required for entry into the studio if you are not for any reason feeling unwell.

No children of any age please, there are lots of chemicals and equipment that can harm a child.

Please reschedule if you are feeling unwell for any reason.

Please arrive on time. If more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled or will done to the best of our ability to meet the time line so not to inconvenience the next client.

Mandatory free consultation is required for the following treatments: laser, IPL, cosmetic tattooing and if you have had sensitivity in the past with eyelash extensions.

No-shows will be charged $25, payable before your next service.  If you need to reschedule, please contact ASAP to avoid this charge.  

We accept cash or e-transfer payments.  

A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required for new clients when booking their first appointment.
